No hidden fees. All costs are transparent upfront. The only additional costs are optional upgrades (premium flowers, extra photography, private events) and resort taxes (typically $25-50 USD per person per night, varying by resort).

GUEST LOGISTICS
We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance for best rates and availability. All guests must book through our agency to ensure group coordination and to qualify for wedding package benefits.
We work with various resorts that offer different price points and payment plan options. During consultation, we can suggest budget-friendly room categories and timing strategies to make the trip more accessible for your guests.

PLANNING
Most couples book 8-12 months in advance, but our team of specialists can coordinate weddings in as little as 3 months. Your dedicated team of wedding specialists handles all resort coordination, guest logistics, and planning details.
Not required, but recommended. We offer discounted site visit packages. Many couples do their engagement photos or bachelor/bachelorette party at the resort.
We handle all legal documentation. For Mexico weddings, you’ll need passports, birth certificates, and divorce decrees (if applicable). We provide a complete checklist and assist with all paperwork.
Every ceremony location has a beautiful indoor backup option. Mexican Caribbean weather is generally excellent, but we’re always prepared with stunning covered alternatives.
RESORT & ACCOMMODATIONS
The best resort depends on your guest count, budget, preferred style, and specific needs. We work with multiple luxury all-inclusive resorts in Cancún and Los Cabos, each offering unique advantages. During consultation, we’ll recommend the perfect match based on your vision and requirements.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEMORIES

Yes, external photographers are typically welcome with a day pass fee. Fees vary by resort. Many couples choose destination wedding photographers who are familiar with the specific resort layouts and best photo locations.
TRAVEL & TIMING
October through April offers the best weather with minimal rain and significantly less seaweed (sargazo) on Caribbean beaches – making it ideal for beach ceremonies and photos. May through September can be hot and humid with more seaweed, but often offers better rates. We monitor weather patterns and seaweed forecasts to help you choose optimal dates.
We coordinate airport transfers for wedding groups. Most resorts in Cancún and Los Cabos are 15-45 minutes from their respective airports, which have direct flights from most major US cities. We’ll arrange group transportation to ensure everyone arrives together.
